When ordering by credit card online, the credit card is billed on sign-up and automatically on renewal unless otherwise informed. You can turn Auto Bill OFF from the control panel once you have received your Welcome email containing your login details.
Credit card details are not stored online for more than the duration of the initial transaction. If a credit card is on record for the account, the record is kept offline.
